We recently bought a house & noticed big cracks popping up in the plaster glass ceiling.Pinnacle got out here next day, priced it up & had it re-strapped before significant damage occurred.They did a great job & even fixed some of the loose ridge capping while up there for me.Highly recommend their very professional, reasonably priced service & even tidied up after themselves!
Pinnacle had a very good staff to assess my roof as it was leaking, the staff found a tile that was out of place and fixed it at no charge at all, he was also a very kind person and it was a weekend call out. I can’t thank you enough, I would definitely recommend them again and again.

Joe and co were great to deal with. Constantly going backwards and forwards when timing did not suit me for the sagging ceiling and always very communicative. All done by lunchtime and the fellows who did it were wonderful. Cleaned the place very well after all said and done too. Definitely recommend!

I had Pinnacle Roofing repair my roof early last year, including repointing, fixing cracked tiles, and sealing areas prone to leaks. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made regarding home maintenance.Initially, their quote seemed reasonable, so I went ahead with the job. However, when I returned home from work, it was immediately clear that the job was incomplete. Several areas were missed, and the workers told my wife they couldn’t finish because it was “too hot.” It was only the mid-30s—not unbearable by any means.Concerned about the quality of the work, I had a roofing professional with 40 years of experience inspect their work. He described it as some of the worst workmanship he’s ever seen in Perth. When I joined him on the roof, I discovered they had only worked on two visible sections at the front of the house. The rest of the roof was untouched, save for replacing four broken tiles.I contacted Pinnacle Roofing immediately, sent photos of the poor-quality work, and demanded a resolution. Weeks later, they sent someone out who spent barely 30 minutes on the roof—nowhere near enough time to properly fix all the issues. They assured me the job was done correctly this time, but the problems persisted.Fast forward a year: I’ve had multiple guttering companies inspect my roof, and every one of them has commented on the appalling workmanship. They strongly recommended I lodge a formal complaint. Cracked tiles remain unfixed, areas that clearly needed repairs were ignored, and repointing is already falling apart.Avoid Pinnacle Roofing at all costs. Their 5-star reviews are baffling and certainly don’t reflect the disastrous experience I’ve had. If you value quality and professionalism, look elsewhere.

Joe came out to price the repair on one of my bedroom ceilings. His knowledge and approach to fixing the problem was obvious and very professional. Gem carried out the work according to the specifications and did a great job.
