Joe and his team were marvellous. They were timely and responsive in communicating, from request for quote to the end of the job. The site team sent a confirmation text half an hour before they were due to arrive which gave confidence in a prompt start. The site team took the time to thoroughly reinspect the roof from inside and outside to understand the issues- we had many leaking points - set the job up well and worked methodically to address them. They took photos during the process to show me to explain the issues they had identified. They worked safely and kept the areas tidy. After many years of stress whenever it rains we now are looking forward to rain on our newly weatherproofed roof!

I have been waiting for a solid winter since having my roof repaired in February 2025.I am pleased to say that not even a hint of moisture was visible at a trouble-spot that has plagued my house for years; that being rain accessing a double-brick wall, and warping the wood frame of my front door every winter.Greg did a great job of repairing a major hole in the flashing, and sealing anything and EVERYTHING that could be sealed! He was extremely thorough!Joe was also very communicative and professional and keen to understand and fix my roofing problem. Many other companies showed little interest, which was very stressful as the situation was getting worse.I highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing and Ceiling Repair Services and I truly hope the completed work withstands many more winters to come.Photos may not do the repair justice, but I will attach them anyway. Communication was great. There were a few changes in plans on Pinnacles side but communicated in timely manner.The guys who did the job were awesome. We had the sound of water dropping on the ceiling from the roof in alfresco. Contacted pinnacle and lovely Joe came to inspect on Sunday (Thank you). He went to the roof and inspected and two little foot kicks and he said it’s fixed!! He was so genuine that he told us it was just a tile that had shifted a little bit which made a hole for rain to go in and was the cause of it. He didn’t charge us anything which is so generous of him. Thanks A lot guys, you are awesome team!!
